Returns Period:
We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please make sure that the return procedure is started within this window of time in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Returns Eligibility:

- Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
- You must present proof of purchase, like the order number or receipt.
- Any accessories or free items received with the purchase must also be returned.

Pack the Item:
Pack the item securely in the original packaging or an appropriate alternative to prevent damage during transit.
Include the return permission and any other necessary papers within the package.
Shipping:
Use a trackable and insured shipping method to deliver the package to the address our customer service staff has provided.
Return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility unless the goods are defective, inaccurate, or the result of carrier damage.
Refunds:
